Budo Fit is where elite martial arts discipline meets modern combat fitness. While Mohiuddin Syed is a world-class 6th Dan Karate Master, Budo Fit is not a traditional Karate class. Drawing on over 13 years of experience running “full-on,” high-energy training sessions, Syed has designed a program that blends the best of Boxing, MMA, and Kickboxing. He brings the same technical precision and intensity that earned him a Japan-certified Black Belt to a workout designed for everyone—from fitness beginners to seasoned athletes.
